These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SmartSphere application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

SmartSphere provides AI-powered navigation, real-time family-location tracking, driver-safety monitoring, community hazard reporting, predictive traffic insights, and related features such as gamification and eco-driving feedback.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You may not transfer your account to another person without our permission.

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or to harm others; track someone without their consent; submit false hazard or traffic reports; attempt to access another user's data; interfere with the Service's operation; or reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.

Community-contributed reports should be accurate and submitted in good faith. Misuse of reporting features may result in suspension.

SmartSphere is a supplementary tool. Navigation directions, traffic predictions, ETA estimates, and safety alerts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

You are solely responsible for your safety and for obeying all traffic laws. Never rely solely on the Service while driving. Keep your eyes on the road and use voice commands where available.

Emergency and crash-detection features are assistive only and may not function in all situations. They are not a substitute for professional emergency services.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as hazard reports and profile information). You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Rewards, achievements, carbon credits, and gamification elements have no monetary value unless expressly stated, and may be earned, adjusted, or revoked based on your activity and applicable rules.

We may modify reward structures or discontinue specific reward programs at any time.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Your consent to that policy is incorporated into these Terms.

The Service, including its design, software, features, and branding, is owned by SmartSphere and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content except as necessary to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that navigation or safety data will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartSphere and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or safety, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold SmartSphere harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, including to protect the Service or other users.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
